Senior Sales Consultant (Fiber Optic Solutions)

Position Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Consultant with a deep understanding of Fiber Optic Solutions. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who possesses strong industry knowledge, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive B2B sales and contribute to our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets through proactive B2B sales in fiber optic solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering customized solutions to meet business requirements
  • Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market developments in fiber optics
  • Analyze customer data to craft strategic sales plans and forecasts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of solutions

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least three (3) years of experience in the telecommunications or fiber optic industry(Senior Sales Consultant)
  • Proven track record in B2B sales with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Technical knowledge of fiber optic products and installation processes
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and building strategic sales initiatives
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and excel in a fast-paced environment
