Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Senior Sales Executive.
• The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing business relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales cycles, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires staying updated on market trends to provide strategic insights and inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Account Management
• Proficiency in Negotiation, Relationship Management, and CRM tools
• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Business Solutions
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to analyze Market Trends and develop Strategic Sales Plans
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Previous experience in the digital marketing or advertising industries is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
