• Assist the Area Sales & Marketing Manager to achieve the regional business goals.
• Identify the potential customers and establishing new business opportunities.
• Responsible for lead generation and conversion by maintaining and developing client relations.
• Reach out to clients, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.
• Recommend the marketing tools to raise the brand awareness and position the company’s products and services to attract new and retain existing customers.
• Conduct the market analysis in relation to current and future market trends, customer needs evaluation, demand forecasting, competition, risks and identify the opportunities for company’s growth.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and keep database up to date.

Job Requirements.

• Education: Bachelor’s in business management
• Experience: 5-7 years in same industry
• Candidates with experience in sales experience for Machinery/Heavy Equipment Machinery (Mobile Crane/Tower Crane and Concrete) industry will be preferred, familiarity with local region/Automotive sales and FMCG.
• Skills: Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Customer Relations, Marketing Strategies, Key Account Management.
