What is the goals and expectations from this role?

  • Responsible for monitoring Service Level Agreements and they that meet the levels. The employee must make sure that all IT Service Management processes, Operational Level Agreements and Underpinning Contracts has for the appropriate service agreed level target.

What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?

  • You will play a key role in supporting the product by unlocking business and technological opportunities to value to our business and our customers.
