About the job

• We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting client-facing applications and services.
• In this role, you’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Architects, Quality Assurance Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Engineering Managers to deliver continuous value to customers. You’ll also leverage AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance system understanding.

What you’ll do:

• Design and develop high-quality code and features with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ensure code quality through software engineering best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and peer programming.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software designs and architecture.
• Balance competing priorities to deliver new features while resolving defects and managing technical debt.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including story refinement sessions.
• Promote a fail-fast and learn mentality to encourage responsible innovation.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of REST API concepts and API management tools.
• Translate customer requirements into technical designs.
• Work with modern microservice-based architectures and development methodologies.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

What we’re looking for:

• 8-12 years of software development experience with Java technologies and enterprise application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with Spring MVC.
• Strong experience with Spring Security.
• Experience developing and supporting REST APIs.
• Experience working with microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to clearly communicate technical concepts.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing and developing AI-powered applications.
• Experience developing intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience building Generative AI-enabled products.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code.
• Experience with API management platforms.
• Experience with MultiValue databases such as UniData.
