Job Description

Dynasoft Business Solutions Ltd is a leading business solutions provider based in Nairobi, Kenya with a client base that spans across different industries and sectors. We always seek to consistently create value for our clients by providing IT consulting services and building solutions tailored to their business needs.

Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Systems Implementer located in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Senior Systems Implementer, you will be responsible for the design and deployment of new systems, as well as the automation of operational processes. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing business requirements, implementing software solutions, providing technical support, and conducting training for end-users.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Information Systems knowledge
  • Experience in Software Implementation and Technical Support
  • Ability to provide training and support to end-users
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
