Role Overview:

As a Senior Telesales Executive, you will be the driving force behind sales efforts, delivering persuasive telesales campaigns, providing excellent customer support, and taking ownership of our social media presence. This role empowers you to combine your telesales, customer care, and social media prowess, all while generating insightful reports

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound telesales calls, expertly articulating product value propositions to drive conversions.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships, building loyalty and rapport.
  • Independently manage social media platforms, curating content, responding to engagements, and growing our online community.
  • Generate detailed and actionable reports on telesales performance and social media engagement to inform decision-making
  • Contribute to the development of sales scripts, call guidelines, and sales strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.
