Job Description

Frank Management Consult Ltd is an international management consulting agency. We work with major companies, raising their performance, driving their strategies and enhancing their productivity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for delivery of excellent service delivery and achievement of prescribed turnaround time on all requests and documents dispatched.
  • Accountable for on-the-job training in the consulting area, assisting with the smooth running of the department and ensuring the completion of tour requests according to set standards.
  • Reservations of all transfers with Transport Department immediately on confirmation of bookings and following up.
  • Conduct a root cause analysis of challenges encountered in safaris consultatively with Team Leaders.
  • Design final safari itineraries for clients and driver-guides
  • Designing and redesigning itineraries and costing/re-costing tour files covering items of tourist interest in the region.
  • Ensuring all service vouchers are received and filled correctly in order of services being provided.
  • Invoice safaris after all services have been confirmed by the suppliers in collaboration with accounts department
  • Responsible for managing and processing of all relevant incoming requests, & preparing attractive detailed, accurate and timely proposals to our clients according to set standards.
  • Updating of bookings on Tourplan System with accurate status on vouchers, flight details, rooming list and transfer/ transport requirements.
  • With the help of Customer Service Department collect payments against the invoices for extra services provided to clients and submitting to accounts department within 24 hours.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related studies
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a prior experience in supervisory level
  • Bilingual with proficiency in English and any other foreign language (Spanish, French, German, Chinese etc.) will be a big plus
  • MS-Office proficient
  • Strong Communication skills – verbal and written
  • Natural flare for excellent customer service delivery
