Showroom Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage showroom visitors, understand their project requirements and budgets, and recommend suitable tile and sanitary ware solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on tile sizes, finishes, layouts, quantities, and product applications to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, hardware retailers, and property developers.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on outstanding proposals, negotiate sales, and close deals.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain attractive showroom displays that showcase new products and best-selling collections.
  • Accurately process sales transactions and maintain up-to-date customer, quotation, and sales records in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging interior design trends.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall showroom performance.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience, preferably in tiles, building materials, home finishes, furniture, sanitary ware, or premium retail.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Professional appearance with the confidence to engage high-value clients.
  • Strong networking and business development skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven by sales performance and commissions.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy is essential; experience using a CRM system will be an added advantage.
