Software Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Software Sales Executive to drive sales of SAP Business One, a leading ERP solution for small and mid-sized businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and qualify potential customers for SAP Business One.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry needs and trends.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve set targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Client Engagement & Consultation

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Understand business requirements and propose appropriate SAP Business One solutions.
  • Provide consultative advice on ERP implementation and benefits.
  • Address customer concerns and objections effectively.

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with the implementation team to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with business software features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales (preferably ERP or SaaS).
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
