Job Description

Ufalme Great-Tech Limited is the official representative of ClubSoft MBK777, a leading developer of gaming and betting software for bet shops, gaming halls, and entertainment venues across Africa. Our solutions are simple, reliable, and scalable, designed to support businesses in the fast-growing gaming industry of East and Central Africa.

Software Sales Manager

Location: Machakos, Nyeri, Muranga, Kirinyaga, Embu, Kilifi, Kericho, Kisumu, Kapengoria, Narok.
Experience Level: At least 1 year in sales
Salary: KSh 15,000 + 10% commission on sales
Probation period: 3 months. Official employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company’s software and work with clients in assigned regions
  • Organize presentations and negotiations with owners of betting shops, pool halls, and entertainment venues
  • Coordinate purchase, delivery, and installation of gaming equipment
  • Liaise with technicians to resolve technical issues
  • Identify and evaluate new high-traffic locations for business expansion
  • Relocate equipment to more profitable sites when necessary
  • Collect feedback from clients on gaming equipment and software performance
  • Submit daily and weekly reports on activities and results

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales is mandatory (sales manager, betshop operator, network marketing, or related role)
  • Skills in organizing presentations and negotiations
  • Basic technical understanding of software and equipment operations
  • Readiness for frequent fieldwork and business trips
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Secondary education or higher
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
  • Proficiency in English
