Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering delivery for new commercial and industrial (C&I) solar projects
• Support the performance and maintenance of an operational portfolio of 43 solar sites (approximately 8 MW)
• Oversee solar PV design, construction, commissioning, and asset management
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Support operational excellence across the company’s renewable energy portfolio

Ideal Candidate

• Certified Solar Engineer with relevant technical qualifications
• Experience in solar PV design, construction management, and commissioning
• Knowledge of asset management and stakeholder engagement
• Strong understanding of Kenya’s renewable energy sector
• Willingness to travel frequently for field assignments
