Job Description

Mandera County continued to register positive progress anchored on achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) despite challenges and the devastating effects of climate change, which saw prolonged dry spells followed by heavy rains and flooding.Floods displaced families, washed away crops and farming infrastructure and cut off roads. The resilience of our people was put to the test afresh.

Sub-County Administrator III – 4 Posts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration/Management, Community Development, or Social Sciences
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration/management
  • Strong planning, evaluation, and report writing skills
  • Understanding of Vision 2030 and national development goals
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certificate in computer applications
  • Compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution (leadership and integrity)
