Logbook Dispatch Agents

What you will do:

  • Handling logbook transfer task.
  • Calling the clients to transfer/discharge the logbooks and collect the logbooks at the branches.
  • Submit retrieval request through the task, retrieve the logbooks from the store.
  • Ensure all the transferred logbooks are dispatched to the branches for collections by the clients.
  • Ensure all the dispatched logbooks are uploaded on the app by the branches and the respective clients are contacted to pick the logbooks.
  • Ensure branches use the app to give away the logbooks and the clients accept the transfer process.
  • Ensure all walk-in clients are served on time.
  • Handle complaints for walk in customers related to logbooks and escalate to the relevant department if no solution.
  • Retrieve the logbooks for walk-in customers.
  • Ensure client’s sign the logbook collection form and accept transfer before handing over the logbook.

What you will need:
