Laboratory Technologist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Laboratory Technologist to join our Diagnostic Services team. The successful candidate will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, ensure accuracy and reliability of results, and support patient management by providing timely diagnostic information.   • Assist anaesthesiologists during induction, monitoring, and recovery.
  • Monitor patient vitals and promptly escalate concerns.
  • Maintain sterility and infection control standards in theatre.
  • Clean, disinfect, and restock anaesthesia equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate/Diploma in Anaesthesia Technology, or perioperative theatre Technology or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in anaesthesia assistant role
  • Registration and valid license with the relevant council.
  • BLS/ACLS certification is an added advantage.

Medical/Surgical Nurse

Role Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurses to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidates will provide high-quality nursing care across various units of the hospital, ensuring patient safety, dignity, and comfort at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring, assessment, and treatment.
  • Administer medications, injections, and infusions as prescribed.
  • Monitor vital signs and promptly escalate clinical concerns.
  • Support doctors and specialists during procedures and treatments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and handovers.
  • Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
  • Uphold hospital protocols, patient safety, and infection prevention standards.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the hospital.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma- KRCHN, KRN or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from a recognized institution.
  • Valid registration and practicing license with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
  • At least 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.- medical surgical wards (Experience in specialty areas such as ICU, HDU, maternity is an added advantage.)
