Regional Sales Manager – Kenya

About the role

  • The Regional Sales Manager will serve as the overall business owner for the assigned region, with full responsibility for commercial performance, operational execution, customer quality, profitability, and regional growth of the Electric business.
  • The role holder will lead all regional commercial operations across Alpha 1, Stock Point, and Retention functions, while ensuring disciplined execution, strong operational controls, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own and drive overall regional business performance across all assigned channels and clusters
  • Lead execution of the regional commercial strategy to support national business objectives and growth plans.
