HR and Administration Intern

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Computer literacy
  • Minimum Grade of C plain
  • Must be at least 23 years of age

Duties and Responsibilitie:

As assigned

 

Loan Officer (Field) Internships

Duties and Responsibilitie:

  1. Outreach and promotion
  2. Customer Service
  3. Loaning process
  4. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

  1. A minimum of a diploma in a business-related course
  2. Have attained a Minimum of C plain at KCSE
  3. Be at least 23 years and above .

NB: Loan Officer internship opportunities are available in our various field offices (not at the Head Office).

Finance and Data Entry Intern

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

  1. Relevant diploma or degree with CPA qualifications
  2. Have attained a Minimum of C plain at KCSE
  3. Be at least 23 years and above .

Duties and Responsibilitie:

Software Development and End User Support Intern

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering (or a related IT Field or equivalent professional experience)

Duties and Responsibilitie:

  • Set up, configuration and maintenance of computers, mobiles, hardware, systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Development and maintenance of software applications
  • Resolving IT support requests from clients and employees
  • Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
  • Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
  • Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
  • Installation and maintenance of computer networks (WAN and LAN)
  • Ensure availability of computer systems and infrastructure
  • End user support
  • Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

 

Registry and Records Management Intern

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Computer literacy
  • Minimum Grade of C plain

Duties and Responsibilitie:

  • Classify and label documents and file accordingly
  • Ensure the document management system is up-to-date
  • Ensure the registry and Archive are clean
  • Respond to record requests by retrieving requested files
  • Maintain accurate records of document orders and movements
  • Remove or archive repeated documents or irrelevant/out-dated information
  • Respond to queries in person, by e-mail, by post, or by phone
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and Integrity
  • Able to work as part of a team
