Job Description

QA Line Chemist

  • The Chemist will be responsible for conducting in-process and final product quality checks to ensure compliance with product specifications, food safety standards, and GMP guidelines across our beverage, food, and personal care production lines.

Key Requirements:

  • BSc in Industrial Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Science & Technology, or a related discipline
  • 2–3 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing (beverages, edible oils, snacks, or personal care)
  • Strong skills in lab analysis (pH, brix, turbidity, viscosity, etc.) and in-process checks
  • Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000/9001, and traceability systems
  • Experience validating CIP/SIP processes and packaging integrity
  • Ability to work in shifts, with attention to detail and strong documentation skills

 

Labeller Machine Operator

  • The Machine Operator will be responsible for the efficient operation of both the Krones Labelling Machine and Shrink Wrapping Equipment, ensuring smooth flow of the packaging process, minimal downtime, and adherence tquality standards in a high-speed beverage production environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operating automatic labelling and shrink wrapping machines (preferably Krones or similar) in a beverage or FMCG setting
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Label roll changes, label alignment, sensor calibration
  • Shrink tunnel operations, film handling, pack formation, and sealing
  • Ability tidentify and resolve basic mechanical faults
  • Good understanding of GMP and quality control checks for packaging integrity
  • Willingness twork in rotating shifts

 

Electrical Technician

  • Our Client is seeking to recruit a qualified Electrical Technician to support their Krones PET bottling lines (Carbonated Soft Drinks and NitroHotfill Juice Lines)

Role Summary:

  • The Electrical Technician will be responsible for the electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Krones bottling and packaging equipment, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation of our high-speed beverage lines.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering
  • 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in a beverage or FMCG environment, preferably working with Krones bottling systems
  • Solid understanding of Siemens PLC, HMI panels, servo drives, sensors, and conveyor systems
  • Experience in maintaining NitroHotfill, fillers, labellers, and shrink wrappers
  • Able to conduct both preventive and breakdown maintenance with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
