Senior Multimedia Designer
Role Purpose
The Senior Multimedia Designer delivers high-quality static, motion, video and campaign assets while contributing practical execution input, improving templates and supporting junior creatives. The role is expected to handle complex work with limited supervision and support delivery of client-ready creative output.
Key Responsibilities
High-quality creative execution
- Produce static designs, motion graphics, video edits, animations, layouts, campaign assets and presentation visuals.
- Execute complex or high-value tasks in line with approved creative direction and brand guidelines.
- Perform self-review before submission to reduce errors and rework.
Brief interpretation and execution planning
- Review assigned briefs and clarify gaps early with the Head of Studio/AD.
- Recommend suitable formats, sizes, styles, tools and production approaches.
- Flag technical risks, missing assets or unrealistic timelines early.
Speed, SLA and task discipline
- Plan daily workload based on Monday.com priorities and SLA deadlines.

Skills & Competencies
- Minimum diploma or degree in graphic design, multimedia design, motion graphics, animation, visual communication, digital media, creative arts or a related field.
- 3-5 years of agency, creative production, design, motion, multimedia or related experience, with strong portfolio evidence.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign where applicable, After Effects and Premiere Pro; familiar with Google Workspace, Monday.com and digital platform formats.

Account Manager
Role Purpose
The Account Manager manages assigned client accounts, maintains strong client relationships, ensures effective communication between clients and internal teams, coordinates project delivery, tracks campaign performance against client KPIs, and supports client growth through upselling, cross-selling, RFPs and proposals.

The role is responsible for PR strategy, media relations, reputation management, stakeholder communications, campaign execution, quality control and client advisory support. The role must strengthen TDM’s position as a problem-solving agency by moving PR from activity-based execution to insight-led client results, client retention, retainer growth and new business contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop PR strategies, messaging frameworks, press office plans and campaign communication plans aligned to approved client briefs, objectives, budgets and timelines.
- Lead media relations across print, broadcast, online, business, lifestyle, sector and niche media, including building and maintaining credible journalist, editor, producer, influencer and stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare, review and quality-assure press releases, media advisories, statements, opinion pieces, speeches, media briefs, FAQs, holding statements, PR reports and stakeholder communication materials.
- Plan and execute PR activations including launches, press briefings, interviews, roundtables, media tours, partnership announcements and reputation-building campaigns.
- Advise Digital, Client Service and Creative teams on PR scope, risk, timelines, approval requirements, media realities and crisis considerations before client commitments are made.

Role Purpose
The Data Analyst will strengthen TDM’s data-driven decision-making by converting campaign, audience, media, PR, social, client and business data into clear insights, dashboards and recommendations. The role supports strategy, creative, digital, PR, media buying, client service and management by ensuring that reports move beyond data presentation to business interpretation. The Data Analyst will help TDM measure client results, improve delivery excellence, reduce reporting inconsistencies, support pitches and build repeatable measurement systems for a 360-degree agency model.
Key Responsibilities
- Design measurement frameworks for campaigns, retainers and pitches, including clear objectives, KPIs, data sources, tagging requirements, baselines and reporting cadence.
- Collect, clean, validate and analyse data from digital platforms, websites, social analytics, media reports, PR coverage, influencer reports, client datasets, CRM exports and internal performance records.
- Build dashboards, campaign reports, monthly retainer reports, quarterly business reviews and post-campaign analyses that are accurate, visual, executive-ready and decision-useful.

Role Purpose
The Media Buyer & Planner will lead planning, buying, placement, optimization and reporting of media campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. The role covers paid social, search, display, programmatic, online video and other digital platforms, while also managing traditional media such as TV, radio, print, outdoor, digital out-of-home, cinema and other offline placements. The role must ensure that media budgets are converted into measurable client results through insight-led planning, disciplined buying, placement verification, performance optimization, cost control, supplier management and clear post-campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets and client priorities into integrated media strategies, channel recommendations, flighting plans and media schedules.
- Prepare media plans covering digital and traditional channels, including audience rationale, budget allocation, reach/frequency assumptions, expected outcomes, buying approach and reporting metrics.

The Publication Designer delivers high-quality, creative publication design and graphic design work to our clients through strong visual execution, attention to detail, and speed of delivery.
