Pharmaceutical Technologist – Luanda

Is responsible for the preparation, dispensing, and supply of medications while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and standards. Working under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist or independently (where permitted), they manage prescriptions, provide patient counseling on medication use, maintain inventory, and support safe and efficient pharmacy operations.

  • Degree in Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology
  • At least one (1) year post-internship working experience, preferably in a  hospital setting
  • Registered and with a valid license from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board
  • Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information  Systems).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

 

Business Development Officer – Luanda

Is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and increasing footfall at the clinics. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth in a competitive healthcare environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/sales & marketing, or related field.
  • At least three (3) years’ working experience in a similar role.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the healthcare industry; Hospitals, Pharmaceutical, and Insurance an added advantage.

Desirable competencies

  • Proven track record of meeting sales or expansion targets.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations, products, and services
  • Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Medical Officer – Luanda

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized university (MBChB or MBBS)
  • Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council
  • At least one (1) year internship experience in either a public or private hospital.
  • Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies, documentation, and reporting procedures.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).

Desirable competencies

  • Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills.
  • Knowledge of the laws of Kenya, regulations, guidelines, and health schemes.
  • Good report writing skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, patients, and other stakeholders.

 

Receptionist – Luanda

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Diploma in Front Office Administration/Business Administration/ Health Records, or an equivalent qualification
  • At least two (2) years working in a service-oriented industry
  • Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

 

Clinical Officer – Luanda

Is responsible for providing patient care by diagnosing and treating patients, providing preventive care, and managing common medical and surgical conditions, participating in public health initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Academic qualification:

  • Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery
  • Registered with Clinical Officers Council and MUST possess a valid practicing license
  • At least One (1) year post-internship experience in either a public or private hospital
  • Over one (1) year working experience working ideally in a busy health facility
  • Knowledge of non-communicable diseases (NCD) management is key
  • Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Desirable competencies

  • Excellent clinical skills
  • Required to be team oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure in a stressful environment, displaying resilience, compassion and diplomacy
  • Active team player with good interpersonal skills

  • Proficient computer skills for data entry, analysis, and report generation.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with the medical team and patient interaction.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize workload.

 

Clinical Nurse in-Charge – Luanda

Is responsible for leading and coordinating nursing care within the department, ensuring high standards of clinical practice, patient safety, and staff performance. This role includes supervising nursing staff, managing patient care plans, handling administrative and operational tasks, and serving as a key liaison between medical teams, patients, and families.

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing (KRCHN) Nursing from a recognized Institution. (KRCHN)
  • Registered and with a valid license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
  • Post-basic training or certification in management, midwifery, or critical care is an added advantage.
  • Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • At least three (3) years of clinical working experience.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).

 

Laboratory Technologist – Luanda

Is responsible for performing complex diagnostic tests and analyses on clinical specimens to assist in the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases. Protocols and quality standards.

  • Degree in Laboratory Sciences or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
  • At least one year of internship working experience
  • Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board
  • Trained and must demonstrate understanding of Laboratory Quality Management Systems (QMS) initiatives
  • Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

 

Housekeeper – Luanda

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment in all areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, offices, and public spaces. This role is essential in ensuring infection control and contributes directly to patient safety, comfort, and overall healthcare quality.

  • Certificate in Infection Control Practices in Housekeeping and Laundry
  • Food handler certificate
  • Certificate of good conduct
  • At least two (2) years working in a service-oriented industry
  • Good communication skills
