Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Officer

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • CHRP(K), Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Membership with IHRM is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience working in an SME environment with exposure to multiple HR functions.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Increase brand visibility through strategic networking and stakeholder engagement.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, healthcare professionals, insurance providers, and referral partners.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement and prompt resolution of concerns.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Corporate Healthcare Partnerships

  • Market corporate medical packages, occupational health services, annual medical check-ups, and employee wellness programs.
  • Negotiate service agreements and contracts with corporate organizations.
  • Coordinate implementation of healthcare programs for corporate clients.

Market Intelligence and Strategic Planning

  • Conduct market research to identify healthcare trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for service improvement.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and support the development of new healthcare solutions.

Sales Reporting and Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, leads, and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Update CRM systems and sales databases with relevant client information.
  • Track performance against established sales targets and KPIs.

Community Engagement and Outreach

  • Represent well healthcare at networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and community forums.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in healthcare sales, medical marketing, business development, or a related role.
  • Experience selling healthcare services, wellness programs, diagnostics, or corporate healthcare solutions is an added advantage.
