Waitstaff

Summary of work environment

  • Responsible for ensuring excellent food and beverage service delivery to our customers in a clean and safe environment.

Primary Purpose and Scope the Job (Job Role)-

  • To take and serve food and beverage orders to our guests in a clean environment and ensure all guests are promptly attended to, in accordance to Java service standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Presenting a variety of menu options and take lead on suggestive selling based on customer preferences.
  • Assist the guest navigate through the menu comfortably.
  • Taking orders and delivering them to the table neatly and accurately in accordance to the ticket specification.
  • Present bills on time and accept payment.

Customer Service Associate

Job Description

  • Carry out all all branch operations – stock taking, record keeping etc.
  • Manage branch margins and costs through proper procedures.
  • Achieve revenue targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure branch NPS score is achieved.
  • Follow all food health and safety practices.
  • Represent assigned units in meetings.
  • Adhere to company policies.
  • Ensure the unit is well stocked to par level and any other order is placed with the right supplier.
  • Ensure safe custody of all branch property and assets.
  • Upholds working ethics and ensures the same is maintained.
  • Manage branch float and revenue.
  • Manage Food Safety standards as per the set company KPIs.
  • Carry out tasks as may be assigned by Superiors.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the branch.

Legal Associate

Job Description

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents including contracts, NDAs, MOUs and property acquisition documents.
  • Perform legal research and provide advisories on new developments in the law.
  • Perform administrative duties and management of legal documents such as filing.
  • Assisting in intellectual property matters such as registrations, renewals, disputes.
  • Assist in conducting legal and statutory compliance of the business.
  • Assist in due diligence processes.
  • Maintain and update the lease portfolio schedule.
  • Sitting in staff related disciplinary hearings and advising management on action to be taken while mitigating risks on employment related litigation.
  • Coordinate and oversee legal training initiatives to ensure organizational compliance and awareness of legal obligations.
  • Review legal documents for alignment with operational requirements and the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Support the formulation and development of internal policies.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on legal and compliance matters across various departments and external partners.
  • Support contract lifecycle management including review, negotiation and renewal tracking.
