Role Purpose

The Manager – RPA provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s Robotic Process Automation function. The role is responsible for identifying automation opportunities, managing automation delivery teams, establishing governance standards, and ensuring successful implementation and scaling of intelligent automation initiatives across the enterprise.

Relevant Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Professional certifications such as UiPath RPA Developer Advanced, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced
• RPA Professional, or Blue Prism Developer are strongly preferred.
• Professional Experience: 7+ years in RPA development, software engineering, or a related role and least 3-5 years’ experience leading automation teams or programmes.
• Industry Exposure: Proven track record in insurance, financial services, or technology-driven sectors, ideally with RPA projects.
• Experience developing bots for processes supporting 500K+ transactions or significant operational impact.
• Team Collaboration: History of working in agile teams on automation projects.
• Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with ensuring compliance in a regulated, multi-country environment

The RPA Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automation solutions using industry-leading RPA platforms. The role supports process transformation initiatives through the delivery of reliable, scalable, and secure automation solutions while ensuring compliance with organizational governance and regulatory requirements.

Role Purpose

The CRM Expert’s role is to ensure optimal availability, configuration, and utilization of Jubilee Insurance system applications in a manner that meets the internal customers’ requirements, creates efficient and business supporting solutions whilst maintaining relationships with vendors, users, and key stakeholders by applying best practice project management practices in the implementation of system changes and enhancements. The role holder will be responsible for the design and development of modifications or extensions to the Jubilee Holdings CRM & Microsoft Dynamics applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology related field
• Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM).
• Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP).
• Power Platform Fundamentals.
• Project Management Certification Agile Methodologies, PMP or Lean Six Sigma will be an added advantage.

Relevant Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in ERP and CRM administration/development/Implementation
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Dynamics ERP and CRM, ASP.NET, C#, and service-oriented architecture.
• Experience in System Implementations & Projects
• Proficiency in Integrations both into and out of Dynamics CRM, ERP.
• Experience with D365 Integration Technologies – MS Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Batch Data API, OData, Web Services.
• Lifecycle, and familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

• Experience supporting the development or enhancement of digital products or platforms.
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in requirements gathering, user stories, product documentation, or user acceptance testing.
• Experience using product analytics or customer insights to inform product improvements will be an added advantage.
• Experience within financial services, insurance, fintech, or another technology-enabled environment will be an added advantage.
