Cold Chain Lead

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience managing refrigeration or cold chain infrastructure.
  • Proven experience delivering engineering or infrastructure projects from concept to commissioning.
  • Experience managing refrigeration systems and technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of industrial refrigeration, asset management and preventive maintenance.
  • Solar-powered refrigeration systems and renewable energy solutions.
  • Holding a T2 Solar PV License or equivalent solar installation and maintenance certification.

 

Chicken Production Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Food Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
  • Additional qualifications in Operations Management or Food Processing will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in poultry processing or meat production.
  • Minimum two(2) years managing a commercial poultry abattoir.
  • Proven experience leading production teams.
  • Strong understanding of poultry processing systems.
  • Experience implementing HACCP and food safety systems.

 

Workplace & Administration Coordinator

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Procurement & Supply Chain, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least two(2) years’ experience in office administration, workplace management, facilities coordination, or corporate services.
  • Experience managing vendors, facilities, and office operations.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Experience maintaining administrative records and asset registers.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised and proactive.
  • Customer-service oriented.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • High integrity and professionalism.

 

Commercial Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Agribusiness, Commerce, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related discipline will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years’ progressive commercial leadership experience, with at least three (3) years managing sales or business development teams.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Experience managing key accounts, pricing, contract negotiations, and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of the agribusiness, FMCG, food production, or value chain sectors
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence business decisions.

 

Value Addition Lead

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Food Science, or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience managing commercial kitchen operations, food production, or value addition.
  • Demonstrated experience leading kitchen teams.
  • Strong understanding of food costing, menu engineering, and production planning.
  • Experience implementing food safety and quality systems.
  • Proven ability to manage operational budgets and improve profitability.

 

People and Culture Lead

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management (CHRP) or progress toward certification is highly desirable.
  • Membership with IHRM Kenya will be an added advantage.
  • At least three (3) years’ progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Working knowledge of the Kenyan Employment Act and other relevant labour legislation.
  • Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
