Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Trainer

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or M&E.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in M&E, MEAL or Data Analysis roles.
  • Prior training and teaching experience is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of: Logframes, Theory of Change, and Data Collection.
  • Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis, Reporting, and Visualization.
  • Relevant software skills are a plus e.g. SPSS, STATA, or KoboToolbox.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, supportive and passionate about education and mentorship.

Project Management Trainer

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in project coordination or management.
  • Prior training and teaching experience is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and Project Lifecycle.
  • Budgeting, Risk Assessment, Stakeholder Management and Reporting.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus e.g. PMP or PRINCE2 Certifications.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, supportive and passionate about education and mentorship.

 

Procurement & Supply Chain Trainer

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in procurement or logistics roles.
  • Prior training and teaching experience is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of: Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, Inventory and Contract Management. Marketing, Global Logistics, Ethical Sourcing and Lean Supply Chain.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus e.g. CIPS or KISM Certifications.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, supportive and passionate about education and mentorship.

 

Public Speaking & Personal Branding Trainer0

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in professional speaking, branding, or coaching.
  • Prior training and teaching experience is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of: Eloquence, Voice
  • Projection, and Body Language.
  • Personal Branding Strategy, LinkedIn Optimization and Storytelling.
  • Relevant portfolio or certifications in coaching and speech are a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, supportive and passionate about education and mentorship
