- Respond to enquiries quickly across phone, email, WhatsApp and in person, and maintain a reliable follow-up pipeline.
- Coordinate school tours, open days, assessments, application documentation and parent orientation.

- Strong organisation, numerical accuracy, discretion and follow-through.
- Previous school admissions experience is strongly preferred.

Role purpose
- Design, implement and protect a genuinely Montessori-led learning programme for children aged 2–5, enriched by relevant CBC competencies without diluting Montessori practice.
Key responsibilities

- Ensure prepared environments, learning materials, observation and uninterrupted work cycles reflect Montessori principles.
- Coach teachers through lesson observation, planning reviews, demonstration lessons and structured feedback.
- Create systems for learner observation, assessment, progress records and meaningful parent reporting.
