Job Description

Mwananchi Credit Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act (Cap 486) of the Laws of Kenya. It initially started operations under the names Mwananchi Microlink Ltd which was incorporated on 15th April 2010. On 10th January 2012, it later changed its names to Mwananchi Credit Limited.

Recovery and Collections Manager

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Credit, Risk, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in data-driven strategies to manage arrears, PAR, and NPLs
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills

 

Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
  • CIM certification/membership is an added advantage

 

Collections & Recovery Officer

Key Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in collections/recovery (microfinance or banking preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in collections CRM software and MS Excel

 

Branch Managers

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in banking or financial services
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience
