• Department: Quality Assurance/Production
• Purpose: Ensure harvested herbs meet quality specifications.
• Responsibilities: Inspect herbs, enforce quality standards, reject non-conforming produce, maintain QC reports.
• Qualifications: Certificate/Diploma in Agriculture/Food Science, 1+ year experience in QC preferred.

• Department: Packhouse/Production
• Purpose: Sort, grade, and pack herbs according to specifications.
• Responsibilities: Grade herbs, ensure hygiene, collaborate with QC, and meet packing targets.
• Qualifications: Experience in grading herbs/vegetables preferred, attention to detail.

• Department: Floriculture/Production
• Responsibilities: Supervise planting and harvesting, monitor growth, maintain records, ensure compliance.
• Qualifications: Diploma in Horticulture/Agriculture, flower farming experience desirable.

• Department: Crop Protection
• Qualifications: Certificate/Diploma in Agriculture/Crop Protection, knowledge of chemicals and pests preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect all incoming goods, verifying quantity and quality.
• Issue items strictly based on approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and inventory reports.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile variances.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the store.
• Report damaged, expired, or low-stock items to management for action.
• Ensure safe storage of chemicals, fertilizers, tools, and PPE according to company standards.
• Work closely with procurement to monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Certificate/Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in storekeeping, preferably in an agricultural or manufacturing setup.
• Strong record-keeping, organizational, and numerical skills.
• Computer literacy (Excel, inventory systems).
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
