Admin/ Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inter-departmental administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Optimize the usage of company resources to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage company property and assets effectively.
  • Take charge of fleet and logistics management across departments.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance measures and provide assistance to all departments as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

 

Drivers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive company vehicles to assigned destinations.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle.
  • Adhere to traffic rules and company transport policies.
  • Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately.
  • Maintain vehicle logs, including mileage and fuel usage.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods as required.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience.
  • Must be well conversant with Nairobi roads and routes.
  • Valid driving license (BCE) and a clean driving record.
  • Certificate of Good Conduct.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.

 

Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company and client vehicles.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Replace or repair parts and components as needed.
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports.
  • Advise on necessary repairs and estimated timelines.
  • Ensure workshop safety and proper use of tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with a variety of vehicles (both light and heavy-duty preferred).
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and computerized vehicle systems.
  • Relevant technical training or certification is an added advantage.

Assistant Cahier – Hotel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the main cashier in handling daily cash and credit transactions.
  • Accurately record all financial transactions in line with company policies.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, including receiving and issuing stock.
  • Prepare daily financial reports and reconcile cash drawers.
  • Liaise with suppliers and storekeepers to track stock usage and reorders.
  • Support the finance department in audits and stocktakes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashiering and inventory workspace.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any other business-related course.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Proven experience in inventory management and stock control.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or hotel management systems is an added advantage.
