Job Description

Safetrac Limited is a Kenyan based technology company offering a wide range of affordable ICT solutions for the tracking and logistics sector. Our solutions offer clients the necessary security reinforcement for their fleet and products allowing them to remain secure and productive in their working environment.

Finance & Accounting Manager

We are looking for a professional and qualified financial and accounting manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • CPA Proficiency is required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in finance or accounting roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams

 

Control Room Operators

We are looking for individuals that are goal oriented and attention detailed to join our control room operations team.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in a Technical related field e.g software skills.
  • One year experience, preferable but not a must
  • Gain awareness of system operating requirements and trends and suggest operating adjustment suggestions.
  • Assess machine logs and support Process Engineer to troubleshoot.
  • Handle equipment maintenance and tagout as per standard operating procedures.

 

IT Intern

We are looking for individuals with IT skills who can respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems, and help develop solutions.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software. Familiarity with programming languages, databases, and operating systems is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members on projects and tasks.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments

 

Technical Lead

We are looking for goal-oriented and attention-detailed individuals to join our team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical leadership
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

 

Assistant Administrator

We are looking for individuals with IT skills who can respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems, and help develop solutions.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in the related field.
  • Ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Careful review and accuracy in tasks.
  • Effective allocation of resources and meeting deadlines.
