Branch Manager

REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and business development abilities.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

 

Finance Manager

REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CPAK is mandatory
  • Minimum experience of 5years. Experience in retail and FMCG is an added advantage.
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

 

Accountant

REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. . CPAK is mandatory
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum experience of 3years.
  • Experience in retail and FMCG is an added advantage.

 

Branch Administrator

REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in retail and FMCG is an added advantage.

 

Bakers

REQUIREMENT:

  • Certificate, diploma, or relevant training in baking, pastry, or food production. Minimum experience of 1 year.
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in product preparation.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.

 

Farm Manager

REQUIREMENT:

  • Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Farm Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in farm operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of crop and/or livestock production practices.
  • Experience in budgeting, inventory control, and resource management.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate farm staff.
  • Good record-keeping, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and farm management software is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
