Duties and Responsibilities

  • Undertake training in areas of specialization
  • Prepare professional training documents
  • Set, moderate, administer, and mark examinations
  • Conduct research under supervision
  • Supervise trainees’ projects and practical work
  • Provide guidance and counseling
  • Maintain discipline among trainees
  • Participate in curriculum development and review
  • Develop training manuals
  • Participate in performance appraisals
  • Perform any other assigned duties

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma in Entrepreneurship or equivalent
  • Licensed by TVETA or meet licensing requirements
  • At least 2 years teaching experience
  • Knowledge of CBET
  • Computer literate
