Senior Accountant (Aviation) – Nairobi

Key Responsibilities.

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare, issue, and track invoices for safari, humanitarian, and maintenance clients, ensuring accuracy and timely collection.
  • Maintain and reconcile inventory and stock records, working closely with the maintenance and operations teams to ensure proper valuation and control of aircraft parts and consumables.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting to support management decisions.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, supplier accounts, and client accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements, including VAT, PAYE, and other regulatory filings.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and transparency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial coordination across charter, leasing, and maintenance operations.
  • Prepare cashflow reports to monitor liquidity, forecast cash needs, and support informed financial planning.

HR Manager (Aviation) – Nairobi

Key Responsibilities.

  • Oversee the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff exits.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and aviation industry standards.
  • Manage employee contracts, benefits administration, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the Finance department.
  • Lead the performance management process, including appraisals, feedback, and goal setting.

Commercial Lead (Fly-in Safari Company)- Nairobi

Key Responsibilities.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B commercial strategy across priority source markets, supported by market segmentation and targeted channel approaches.
  • Establish and manage relationships with key wholesale operators, retail agencies, and luxury travel partners, leveraging brand to accelerate market penetration.
  • Design and execute tailored lead-generation, sales conversion, and trade education programs to strengthen engagement and drive bookings.
  • Recruit, train, and oversee sales resources in key markets, ensuring they have effective tools, materials, and support.
  • Create and manage a robust CRM system to monitor partner performance, sales pipeline, and market intelligence.

  • In-depth knowledge of East African safari markets, including luxury lodge operations, fly-in safaris, and packaged travel products.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing strategy, yield management, P&L ownership, and air charter cost structures.
  • Established global trade relationships with DMCs, tour operators, retail agencies, and luxury travel consortia across North America, Europe, and emerging Asian markets.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate sales teams across multiple source markets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influencing skills at all organizational levels.
  • Highly analytical and tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems, sales analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and committed to sustainable tourism, with a willingness to travel extensively for market engagement and industry events.

Personal Assistant (Media)- Nairobi

Key Responsibilities.

  • Manage the C.O.O’s schedule, communication, and correspondence including emails, calls, meetings, and travel plans, ensuring efficient time management and smooth daily operations.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare professional documents and reports such as proposals, letters, presentations, and internal communications for review and approval.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and company engagements, ensuring all logistics, materials, and briefings are well-prepared.

Group HR Manager – Nairobi

Key Responsibilities.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Group’s vision and goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of talent across the Group.
  • Drive performance management processes across the Group, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
