CPD Head – EASA
Role purpose
- Lead the CP R&D and Regulatory teams within the BA EASA to ensure seamless interaction
- Own the CP development portfolio, manage during PDC cycle in alignment with the BA strategy and commercial priorities
- Oversee all innovation projects in the BA and ensure their technical integrity, on time delivery and thorough planning of their introduction in coordination with the Technical Market Development (TMD) and commercial teams

Regulatory Manager – East Africa & DB Countries
Role Purpose
- Provide regulatory expertise to the Kenya and other countries in East Africa & DB Countries
- Plan and execute regulatory activities for the EA & DB Countries. Achieve, extend and maintain the license to sell (registrations) for Syngenta products
- Find innovative registration approaches within the legal regulatory frameworks in the BA
Key Accountabilities
- Provide regulatory expertise to the EA & DB BA (including fitness and suitability checks for new projects in the context of local reg. requirements); find innovative registration approaches within the legal regulatory frameworks.

HR Generalist – EASA
Role Purpose
To provide high quality and consistent HR Operational and Generalist support to the commercial organization for East and Southern Africa and all other functions housed within the commercial operations towards delivering maximum value to the organization
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure that all HR processes and procedures are managed in line with Syngenta policies and local regulations/standards. Key to this regard is to ensure that all processes are managed within the ethics and compliance standards of the company.

Role Purpose
- Provide End to End finance support to the cluster (EASA/South Africa)
