Commercial & Technical Sales Manager

  • This is a senior leadership role for a results-driven professional with a strong background in medical devices or healthcare capital equipment, capable of driving aggressive market expansion while leading and developing high-performing technical sales teams.

Key areas of impact include:

  • Leading market expansion and competitive displacement strategies within key hospital accounts
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans for high-value healthcare institutions
  • Coaching and developing sales teams to foster a performance-driven, accountable sales culture
  • Translating technical and clinical specifications into compelling value-based propositions

Deputy Principal – Senior School

  • This position is suited for an experienced education professional with a strong background in instructional leadership, staff development, student discipline, and strategic school management. Working closely with the Principal, the Deputy Principal will contribute to driving the school’s vision, strengthening teaching and learning outcomes, and fostering a safe, high-performing, and values-based learning environment.

Key focus areas include:

  • Academic leadership and curriculum oversight
  • Teacher mentorship, coaching, and performance management

  • Proactive and Detail-Oriented Procurement Personnel to join their team in Nairobi.
  • In this role, you will play a critical part in managing end-to-end procurement processes for dry goods and kitchen pantry products, ensuring that all branches are stocked, inventory is accurate, and suppliers are efficiently managed. You’ll work closely with branch operations and accounts teams, conduct regular stock-taking, and contribute to creating an excellent in-store customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing procurement and inventory for dry goods & pantry items
  • Conducting regular stock-taking & cycle counts
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with branch teams
  • Tracking dispatch vs sales and resolving discrepancies
  • Coordinating supplier deliveries and supporting invoice reconciliation
  • Maintaining accurate procurement records and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in procurement, inventory, or retail/FMCG operations
  • Strong stock-taking, record-keeping, and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with inventory/procurement systems
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel within Nairobi as required
