Boiler Operator
About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Boiler Operator to operate and maintain the factory steam boiler system supporting carton and paper packaging production.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating industrial boilers in a manufacturing environment, preferably within a carton, corrugated, paper, packaging, or other process manufacturing factory. Experience with HFO-fired or similar industrial steam boilers will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the factory boiler safely and efficiently to ensure a reliable supply of steam for production.
- Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water levels, fuel consumption, steam output, and other operating parameters.
- Conduct routine inspection of the boiler, burners, pumps, valves, gauges, water treatment systems, and associated equipment.
- Start up, operate, shut down, and isolate the boiler in accordance with approved operating procedures.
- Monitor fuel supply and ensure efficient fuel utilisation.
- Conduct routine boiler water testing and maintain appropriate water treatment parameters.
- Monitor and maintain boiler feed-water systems, softeners, chemical dosing systems, and condensate return systems.
- Record boiler operating parameters, fuel consumption, water treatment results, faults, and maintenance activities in the relevant logbooks.
- Identify abnormal operating conditions, leaks, pressure variations, equipment faults, and other potential safety or operational issues.
- Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of boiler equipment and surrounding areas.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams during breakdowns, servicing, and planned maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with boiler safety procedures, occupational health and safety requirements, and environmental standards.
- Maintain good housekeeping within the boiler room and surrounding work areas.
- Immediately report equipment defects, unsafe conditions, and operational abnormalities to the relevant supervisor.
- Support statutory inspections, testing, and maintenance of boiler equipment.
- Perform any other duties related to boiler operations as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
- KCSE or equivalent.
- Certificate/Diploma in Boiler Operations, Mechanical Engineering, Plant Operations, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Valid boiler operator certification/licence as required by applicable regulations.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating industrial boilers in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a carton, corrugated, paper, packaging, or other process manufacturing factory will be highly preferred.
- Experience operating HFO-fired, diesel-fired, biomass, or other industrial steam boilers is an added advantage.
- Practical knowledge of boiler water treatment and feed-water systems.
- Experience with boiler safety procedures and routine equipment checks.
- Ability to maintain accurate operational records and logbooks.

Sales Specialist
About the Role
- We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven Sales Specialist to join our Sales team in Mombasa.The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales of ceramic products and daily-use porcelain, developing new business opportunities, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- The role will focus on expanding the customer base across the Mombasa market and driving sales through retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and other relevant customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell ceramic products and daily-use porcelain to retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and other customers.

- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the ceramics, building materials, sanitary ware, home improvement, FMCG, or related industry.
- Experience selling ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, daily-use porcelain, ceramic plates, cups, bowls, or related products is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ceramic product types, sizes, finishes, applications, and customer requirements.
- Proven ability to develop new customers and convert prospects into sales.
- Experience working with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, or dealers is an added advantage.

Adhesive Factory Operator
About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Adhesive Factory Operator to support the production of adhesive products through safe and efficient operation of mixing, blending, dosing, processing, and packaging equipment.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in an adhesive, chemical, coatings, construction chemicals, paint, or similar manufacturing factory, with practical knowledge of production processes and industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate adhesive production equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with approved production procedures.
- Carry out the mixing, blending, dosing, dispersion, and processing of raw materials according to approved formulations and production instructions.
- Accurately measure, weigh, and add raw materials according to specified quantities and production batches.
- Monitor production parameters including mixing time, temperature, viscosity, speed, batch quantity, and other relevant process conditions.
- Operate and monitor mixers, agitators, pumps, filling machines, weighing systems, and other production equipment.
- Ensure the correct raw materials are used for each production batch.
- Conduct in-process checks and promptly report any abnormalities in product consistency, appearance, viscosity, or other quality parameters.
- Work closely with Quality Control personnel to ensure products meet required specifications.

- Identify equipment abnormalities, process deviations, material shortages, and production issues and report them to the supervisor.
- Assist with equipment cleaning, changeovers, routine inspections, and basic operational maintenance.

- KCSE or equivalent.
- Certificate or Diploma in Chemical Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Direct experience in an adhesive, construction chemicals, coatings, paint, sealant, or similar chemical manufacturing factory is strongly preferred.
- Practical experience operating industrial mixing, blending, dosing, or processing equipment.
- Knowledge of safe handling of chemicals and industrial raw materials.
- Experience working with batch production processes will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read and follow production instructions, formulations, batch sheets, and operating procedures.
- Experience with basic quality checks and production documentation is an advantage.
Preferred Industry Background
- Candidates with previous experience working in adhesive, construction chemical, coatings, paint, sealant, or related chemical manufacturing factories will be strongly preferred.

Exhauster Driver
About the Role
- We are looking for a responsible and experienced Exhauster Driver to operate and maintain the Company’s exhauster truck safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection, transportation, and disposal of wastewater, sewage, sludge, and other liquid waste in accordance with Company procedures, environmental requirements, and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate the Company’s exhauster truck to designated collection and disposal locations.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and exhauster equipment.
- Operate the vacuum/exhauster pump and associated equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collect and transport sewage, wastewater, sludge, and other approved liquid waste.
- Ensure proper connection and disconnection of suction hoses during loading and discharge.
- Monitor the vacuum system, tank levels, pressure, hoses, valves, pumps, and other equipment during operations.
- Ensure waste is discharged only at authorised disposal facilities or designated locations.
- Maintain accurate records of waste collection, disposal locations, trips, quantities, and customer/service details.
- Complete delivery notes, work tickets, inspection checklists, and other required documentation.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Report vehicle defects, equipment breakdowns, leaks, accidents, or other operational issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Carry out basic checks and routine maintenance of the vehicle and exhauster equipment.
- Ensure the exhauster truck is kept clean and in good working condition.
- Observe all occupational health, safety, hygiene, and environmental requirements when handling sewage and wastewater.
- Wear and properly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain professional conduct when interacting with customers, site personnel, and members of the public.
- Ensure that no unauthorised disposal, spillage, or discharge occurs during operations.
- Support loading, offloading, and other related duties where required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
- KCSE or equivalent.
- Valid Kenyan driving licence with the appropriate heavy commercial vehicle category.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience driving heavy commercial vehicles, preferably an exhauster, vacuum tanker, water tanker, sewage tanker, or similar specialised vehicle.
- Previous experience operating an exhauster truck and vacuum pumping equipment is strongly preferred.
- Basic understanding of vehicle and exhauster equipment maintenance.
- Good knowledge of Kenyan roads and routes.
- Ability to complete vehicle and trip documentation accurately.
- Experience working in a factory, industrial, construction, property management, waste management, or similar environment is an advantage.
