Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Auditing: Verify process parameters for machinery (extruders, printers, slitters), ensuring efficiency and quality,
  • Financial & Operational Controls: Assess internal controls for finance, inventory (stock audits), logistics, and general operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal guidelines, quality standards (ISO), and industry best practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and report on financial, operational, and compliance risks, with recommendations for mitigation.
  • Raw Material & Inventory: Check raw material (RM) invoices, manage sampling, quality release, and investigate vendor quality issues (NCRs).
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports, findings, recommendations, and follow up on corrective actions (CAPA) with departments.
  • System Knowledge: Utilize SAP (GL, ledgers) and other accounting/auditing software.
  • Improvement: Challenge processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive value-added improvements

 

Business Development Officer

Job Description

  • Set and track monthly sales targets by product and client.
  • Achieve/exceed annual budgeted sales across product categories and SKUs.
  • Plan customer visits to pitch new business and report progress.
  • Execute long-term supply agreements and complete KYC with clients.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and manage customer relationships to drive sales and profitability.
  • Develop export markets within assigned regions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and report insights to management.
  • Submit timely weekly/monthly/quarterly sales performance reports.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and promotional events.
  • Implement collection plans to achieve 100% receivables and maximize cash flow.
  • Conduct product training to boost brand awareness and knowledge.

 

Sales Manager

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Sales & Marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Prepare, monitor, and review monthly sales targets by product, category, and key accounts
  • Ensure achievement or over-achievement of sales targets as per the annual budget
  • Plan and execute structured customer visits to generate new business and strengthen the sales pipeline
  • Lead client acquisition, contract execution (MSA & KYC), and long-term customer agreements
  • Support onboarding of new clients and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships and alliances to drive revenue growth

Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

  • Develop and align QA processes with business needs and company quality policy.
  • Plan, conduct, and monitor product/material testing and inspections.
  • Design process flow charts and SOPs.
  • Coordinate product trials with Production Manager before commercial runs.
  • Investigate customer complaints, implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Ensure adherence to best manufacturing practices for product integrity and safety.
  • Assess raw materials to guarantee quality inputs.
  • Conduct internal audits for compliance with food safety and GMP.
  • Support external audits, evaluate findings, and apply corrective measures.
  • Lead KAIZEN initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Provide internal training and awareness on quality and safety issues.
