Job Description

Our digital lending company provides working capital loans to individuals, small businesses, and small holder farmers in Kenya and other African countries. The company aims to use advanced technology to offer fast, convenient, and secure lending services to its clients.

Relationship Officer- Meru

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a Loan Officer or Business Development Officer (BDO) in a recognized financial institution.
  • Diploma or Degree in a business-related course (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or Economics).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to meet targets and build client relationships.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Must be willing to work in Meru

  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Team Leader, Supervisor, or Branch Coordinator), preferably within a financial institution.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and meeting branch targets.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A Diploma or Degree in a business-related field is an added advantage.
  • Must be willing to work in Mwea
