Revenue Assistant & OTA Officer

Role Overview

  • The Revenue Assistant is responsible for maximising occupancy and revenue through data-driven pricing strategies and effective platform management across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTAs.The role involves setting and adjusting prices, monitoring listing performance, analysing market trends, and ensuring all listings are accurate, optimised, and competitive. The role will also improve listing ranking by tracking impressions and conversions, managing availability, and supporting promotional campaigns. It contributes to income tracking, identifies opportunities to monetise listings further, and collaborates closely with internal teams to achieve the company’s overall revenue and occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing & Revenue Management

  • Set daily/weekly/monthly prices based on demand, seasonality, market trends, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies across all units.
  • Adjust minimum stays, restrictions, and promotions (e.g. Genius, last-minute, early-bird discounts, custom promotions).
  • Manage occupancy goals and revenue targets across all booking platforms.

Listing Optimisation (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.)

  • Improve listing ranking by optimising:
  • Titles, descriptions, and photos
  • Amenities and policies
  • Review responses
  • Ensure availability calendars are perfectly synced across all platforms.

Performance Monitoring & Market Analysis

  • Track and report on key metrics including impressions, CTR, conversion rate, booking trends,RevPAR, and occupancy percentages.
  • Identify underperforming listings and provide actionable solutions.
  • Monitor competitor rates in real time.
  • Analyse local occupancy trends, events, holidays, and seasonal patterns.
  • Conduct monthly benchmarking reports.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with the reservations team to adjust prices based on demand patterns.
  • Make recommendations to management on portfolio improvement and revenue opportun

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in revenue management, OTA management, or hotel reservations.
  • Background in data analysis or operations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Airbnb and Booking.com analytics (impressions, ranking, pricing algorithms).
  • Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools such as PriceLabs or Beyond Pricing is an added advantage.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail — pricing errors and missed updates directly impact revenue.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset — able to identify issues and act on them before they escalate.

Added Advantage

  • Experience in hospitality (hotels, serviced apartments, or Airbnb portfolio management).
  • Experience using channel managers such as Hostaway, Cloudbeds, or SiteMinder.
  • Digital marketing knowledge including Google Trends and SEO for listings.

 

Garment Factory Manager

JOB PURPOSE

  • To lead and manage our client apparel production operations — covering cut, make, trim, and finishing — ensuring output targets are achieved in line with quality, cost, and delivery expectations. The Factory Manager oversees end-to-end factory performance, including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production teams. The role ensures adherence to our client’s standards for quality, safety, and sustainability, while continuously improving productivity and efficiency to support business growth.

ORGANISATIONAL CONTEXT

  • This position reports to the Head of Finance & Operations and works closely with the Heads of Design, Merchandising, and Supply Chain.
  • The Factory Manager directly supervises approximately 10 team members, including the Quality Assurance Manager, Production Supervisors, Maintenance Technicians, and Support Staff, and oversees a workforce of 100–150 operators through structured supervision and line management.

Duties:

  •  Lead daily apparel manufacturing operations (cut, make, trim, finishing) to achieve production, quality, and cost targets.
  •  Develop weekly and monthly production schedules based on business demand.
  •  Enforce and continuously improve quality systems, including inline and end-line inspection processes.
  •  Monitor production efficiency, downtime, and quality through Odoo ERP dashboards and daily Gemba reviews.
  •  Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
  •  Manage preventive maintenance and ensure optimal equipment uptime.
  •  Oversee operator training and performance management for consistent productivity.
  •  Coordinate with Supply Chain for timely fabric, trims, and materials availability.
  •  Partner with HR to ensure adequate staffing, adherence to labor laws, and healthy work culture.
  •  Promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  •  Recommend machinery, layout, or process changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  •  Prepare and present weekly production and quality performance reports to management.
  •  Foster collaboration across production, QA, and design functions to enable fast product development and continuous improvement.

Requirement

Education

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Textile Engineering, Production Management, or related field

Experience

  •  Minimum 8 years in apparel manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a factory-leadership role overseeing production and quality teams

Certifications (Preferred)

  •  ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 / Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Industrial Safety

Technical Systems

  •  Odoo ERP, Microsoft Excel, familiarity with automated sewing and finishing equipment

Junior Quality Analyst – Animal Feeds

Role Overview

  • The Junior Quality Analyst is responsible for monitoring quality performance through data collection, process analysis, and reporting to support consistent product quality and operational efficiency. The role focuses on analysing production data, identifying quality trends, investigating process deviations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across raw material intake, feed production, solvent extraction, and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret quality and production data.
  • Monitor key quality metrics and identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality assurance, quality control, or process analysis within animal feeds manufacturing sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of quality management systems and HACCP/GMP is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

 

Human Resource Manager – Outsourced Workforce

JOB PURPOSE:

  • To provide HR and administrative support to our client’s outsourced warehouse team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing large outsourced workforces in a fast-paced FMCG, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Warehouse environment. The candidate must be flexible to work both day and night shifts, with operational exposure being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Workforce Planning & Resourcing

  •  Lead resourcing for all vacant positions within the Warehouse and site operations.
  •  Coordinate recruitment activities with HR teams, hiring managers, and outsourced labor providers.
  •  Ensure manpower planning aligns with operational demand, productivity targets and budget.
  •  Support succession planning for all key positions to avoid gaps

HR Operations & Compliance

  •  Ensure strict adherence to all HR procedures, including recruitment, induction, confirmation, separation, discipline, salary inputs, training, and performance appraisals.
  •  Monitor and enforce compliance with statutory labor laws, company policies, and internal controls.
  •  Act as the site custodian for audits and HR compliance reviews.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  •  Oversee induction of all new employees on AGL policies, procedures, code of conduct, and site regulations.
  •  Ensure timely creation and approval of employee email and system access.
  •  Manage staff separation processes, including documentation, clearances, and exit reporting.

Attendance, Leave & Utilization Management

  •  Monitor staff attendance, absenteeism, and leave utilization to ensure alignment with KPIs and operational requirements.
  •  Ensure leave planning is followed and leave liability is maintained within acceptable limits.
  •  Review attendance summary sheets to support payroll and vendor invoicing.

Outsourced Labor & Vendor Management

  •  Coordinate with outsourced labour providers to ensure workforce delivery meets business needs.
  •  Verify subcontracted labour invoices against attendance, utilization, and approved rates.
  •  Monitor HR service provider KPIs and conduct periodic performance reviews.

Employee Relations & Discipline

  •  Handle disciplinary matters at the our client outsourced site in line with company policy and Labor law.
  •  Support grievance handling, dispute resolution, and disciplinary investigations.
  •  Manage employee relations to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace.
  •  Participate in and support works council and industrial relations forums.

Health, Safety & Wellbeing

  •  Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards, government regulations, and company policies.
  •  Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and employee wellbeing across the site.
  •  Coordinate with HSE teams on compliance and corrective actions.

Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and present periodic HR reports including:

  • Workforce numbers and utilization
  • Leave and absenteeism trends
  • Turnover and attrition analysis
  • Training, discipline, and engagement metrics
  •  Provide insights and recommendations to site and senior leadership.

HR Administration & Site Support

  •  Oversee day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin desk, ensuring timely response to staff queries.
  •  Ensure proper filing, documentation, and renewal of statutory and operational certificates.
  •  Manage administrative support activities such as stationery requests and staff meal coordination.
  •  Attend toolbox talks ,site meetings, record minutes, and drive closure of action items.

People Management

  •  Lead and develop the site HR team
  •  Delegate operational tasks while maintaining governance, control, and accountability.
  •  Build HR capability to support a high-volume, fast-paced operation.

Requirements
Qualifications

  •  Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  •  Knowledge of Labour laws
  •  Member of IHRM
  •  CHRP certification is a MUST

Experience

  •  A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years served in the role of HR Manager.
  •  The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing large outsourced workforces in a fast-paced FMCG, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Warehouse environment. The candidate must be flexible to work both day and night shifts, with operational exposure being an added advantage.
