Business Development Manager – Healthcare

  • Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Business Development Manager – Healthcare to identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Conduct market research and contribute to the development of business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business development within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 

Chief Nurse Officer

  • The Chief Nurse Officer/Nurse Administrator will provide strategic and operational leadership in the planning, development, and execution of nursing services across the healthcare group. This role will be key in enhancing nursing practice standards, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring excellence in quality care delivery and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and evaluate nursing services across all facilities to ensure high standards of patient care.
  • Oversee nursing budgets, staffing plans, resource allocation, and departmental performance.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines that promote best nursing practices.
  • Drive quality improvement programs and ensure adherence to national healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

Field Sales Consultant

  • The Field Sales Consultant will drive B2B sales within the furniture industry by acquiring new clients, presenting products, and closing deals. The role involves account management, customer support, and maintaining accurate sales records. Candidates should have 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in furniture, a diploma/degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field, and strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and meetings.
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiate sales contracts.
  • Manage client relationships, handle post-sale support, and resolve customer issues.
  • Prepare sales reports and ensure order accuracy.
  • Stay updated on market trends and participate in continuous training.

Canter Driver

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the policy for dropping and picking of goods is maintained, responsible for custody of goods during delivery
  • Offloading of container.
  • Check orders after delivery to ensure all orders have been accurately completed
  • Ensure delivery vehicle is maintained in a clean and safe operating condition.
  • Follow the planned route on a timely schedule
  • Document actual mileage, timings and destination in the vehicle movement book
    before commencement of any trip
  • Follow emergency policy when involved in emergencies or accident
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs or issues.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to transportation and delivery.
  • Any other duty given by the supervisor.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of a KCSE certificate or its equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years with experience driving Canter trucks or similar vehicles.
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Effective verbal and listening skills.

 

Treasury Accountant

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for cash flow forecasting, daily cash management, foreign exchange management, liaison with the banks and group treasury team, preparation of various treasury reports and supplier payments, reconciliation and compliance with relevant legislation and accounting standards.

Main accountabilities of the Treasury Accountant will include: –

  • Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational and capital expenditure
  • Reviewing supplier payment requests for completeness and to ensure that payments are made by due dates
  • Analyzing monthly currency liability requirements and ensuring that foreign currency payments are paid as and when due.
  • Competitively deal foreign currency for payment of foreign currency denominated payments as per mandate.
  • Prepare Bank reconciliations to ensure that all bank accounts are reconciled promptly and
  • reconciling items investigated and cleared monthly.
  • Ensuring prompt and accurate payment of interest expense for the inter-company loan.
  • Liquidate the inter-company receivables to meet working capital requirements.
  • Prepare Treasury reports as required by the group treasury policy
  • Liaise with the banks to ensure that banking instructions are correctly and promptly carried out.
  • Liaise with internal users for bank guarantees regarding Customs and Logistics
  • Ensuring that customs duty and other payments are secured
  • Remitting unclaimed funds to Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority (UFAA) as provided by the applicable law
  • Implementing Treasury systems and controls

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: –

  • A bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or Banking from a recognized university
  • CPA (K) or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

  • At least five (5) years’ relevant work experience in finance or accounting in a Treasury function in a large organization, or in a Treasury function in a bank/financial institution.
