Sales & Social Media Executive – Clean Organic Skin Care Products

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales & Social Media Executive to oversee the performance, growth, and quality of our clean organic skin care products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product life cycles, from development to market launch, ensuring that each product meets brand standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Additionally, the Product Manager will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that stores consistently achieve their sales and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end product management including planning, development, testing, launch, and post-launch performance.
  • Collaborate with the Biochemist, Product Development, and Marketing teams to ensure quality and brand consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to guide strategic decisions.
  • Ensure all products meet regulatory standards by coordinating with KEBS, the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, and other quality bodies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to help store(s) achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Support and motivate store teams to enhance product knowledge, upselling skills, and overall customer experience.
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers, stakeholders, and management on product availability, improvements, and performance.
  • Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in driving product or store sales performance.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with beauty industry trends, organic formulations, and customer preferences.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Business Manager – Telecommunication

  • To lead and manage the overall operations of the business unit, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, and operational efficiency targets through effective team leadership, resource management, stakeholder engagement, and the development of robust lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Lead Generation & Sales Growth:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive lead generation strategies for the business unit, including marketing campaigns, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Analyse lead sources and conversion rates tcontinuously optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team tset lead generation targets and ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Identify and pursue new market segments or channels for lead acquisition.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of various lead generation activities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Strategic Planning & Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans tachieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Set individual and team KPIs for sales and technical staff, monitor performance closely, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Analyse sales and installation data tidentify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans for team members.
  • Financial Management & Profitability:
  • Oversee all financial aspects of the business unit, including revenue generation, cost control, and budget management.
  • Analyse profit and loss (P&L) statements tidentify areas of inefficiency and implement corrective actions.
  • Approve expenditures and manage operational costs tmaximize profitability.
  • Prepare and present financial reports tsenior management.
  • Inventory & Asset Management:
  • Ensure accurate tracking and management of all inventory (products, kits, spare parts) tprevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Implement robust inventory control procedures, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Manage asset allocation and maintenance for operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary liaison between the business unit and external stakeholders, including accountants, lawyers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with all key stakeholders tsupport business operations and growth.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Optimize operational processes tenhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a safe and productive working environment for all staff.
  • Address customer complaints and escalations effectively and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business/Telecommunications (Accounting knowledge is an added advantage).
  • 5 years’ experience in telecommunications.
  • Strong background in operations, sales, and inventory management.

 

Territory Trade Marketer – NPD Sales (Diaper Category)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Achievement: Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the diaper category within the assigned territory.
  • Market Development: Identify and develop new customers, channels, and opportunities to expand market presence for the diaper range.
  • Distribution & Visibility: Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in retail outlets.
  • Trade Execution: Implement trade promotions, consumer offers, and in-store activations to drive product off-take.
  • Data-Driven Selling: Use sales automation tools to plan routes, track sales performance, monitor inventory, and report on sales activities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather competitor information, pricing trends, and consumer feedback to support marketing and product improvement initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports through the sales automation system.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in FMCG sales within the diaper or baby care brand.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive FMCG environment.

 

Head – Security & Loss Prevention

  • To lead and manage all security, safety, and loss prevention initiatives across manufacturing plants, warehouses, offices. The role ensures protection of company assets, employees, and reputation by implementing robust physical security, investigations, and preventive controls to minimize losses due to theft, pilferage, and fraud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement the organization’s security and loss prevention strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish policies, standards, and procedures for security, safety, and asset protection across all sites.
  • Drive a culture of vigilance, accountability, and proactive risk management.
  • Physical Security Management
  • Oversee security operations for all manufacturing facilities, offices, warehouses, and logistics routes.
  • Manage in-house and outsourced security teams, ensuring adequate deployment, training, and performance.
  • Ensure proper installation and maintenance of access control, CCTV surveillance, and alarm systems.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services when required.
  • Loss Prevention & Risk Control
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate internal and external risks related to theft, product pilferage, counterfeit, and stock loss.
  • Conduct regular audits and surprise checks at plants, warehouses, and distribution points.
  • Implement preventive and corrective measures to reduce shrinkage and operational losses.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and finance teams to investigate stock variances and process loopholes.
  • Investigation & Incident Management
  • Lead investigations into theft, fraud, accidents, and misconduct cases.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and follow-up actions for all incidents.
  • Maintain liaison with police, regulatory bodies, and intelligence networks for legal and preventive actions.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Drive regular training and awareness sessions for employees and contract staff on safety and security protocols.
  • Oversee emergency preparedness, crisis response, and evacuation plans.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Build, train, and lead a competent security and loss prevention team.
  • Develop performance metrics and conduct regular reviews of team and contractor effectiveness.
  • Promote continuous improvement through best practices, technology, and innovation in security management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field; advanced diploma/certification preferred.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in managing security in a manufacturing plant setup.
  • Proven experience in handling multi-site operations, investigations, and loss prevention programs.
  • Ex-service background from armed forces, police.
  • Strong understanding of access control systems, CCTV, fire safety, and emergency response procedures.
