Business Development and Marketing Officer
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any other relevant business-related field
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role within a busy Level 4 hospital or healthcare institution
- Strong knowledge of Kisumu and surrounding regions, including community networks and corporate landscape
- Proven ability in healthcare marketing, patient acquisition, and business development
- Strong understanding of hospital services positioning and competitive healthcare marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
