Job Description

CJ’s, a fully-fledged restaurant specializing in delivering a relaxed and memorable dining experience. We’re currently in 12 locations; 3 in Nairobi, 8 in Kampala and 1 in Entebbe. Each location features a unique ambiance with tasteful décor, specially designed for your comfort. To make you feel more at home, we’ve carefully selected a unique theme for each location. We have over 300 carefully selected, mouthwatering menu items. Whatever your taste, it’s well catered for. We value you. That’s why you’ll always be served with excellence by each member of our highly skilled team members.

Delivery Riders

What we’re looking for:

  • Valid Class A1, A2, A3 driving license.
  • Reliable individuals aged 23–29.
  • A commitment to safety, accuracy, and polite customer service.

 

Branch Chef

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leading culinary role.
  • Passionate and innovative with a desire to create opulent menus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible, highly organised, and thrives in high-pressure situations.

 

Waiter/Waitress

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Fresh hospitality graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Added Advantage: 1 year of fast-paced serving experience.
  • Eager to learn and ready to put in the work.
  • Excellent English Communication Impeccable Grooming Standards
  • Energetic, Outgoing & Resilient

 

Commis Chef

Requirements

  • Fresh culinary graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Added Advantage: 1 year of fine- dining chef experience.
  • Culinary school degree/diploma.
  • Eager to learn and ready to put in the work.
  • Strong foundational culinary skills.
  • Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control.
  • Expert multitasking ability.
  • Exemplary work ethic in a high- pressure environment.
  • Passion and pride for delighting people with food.
