Library Assistant

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Library and Information Science or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and library management systems.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience in a library or information ce
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

  • Defensive Driving Certificate will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of traffic rules, road safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance.

  • Knowledge of lawn care, gardening, and maintenance of outdoor facilities.
  • Ability to operate basic grounds maintenance equipment and tools.
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
