Biomedical Engineer

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in Biomedical Engineering
  • Registered with KMTTB
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospital equipment maintenance

Laboratory in-Charge

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a recognized institution
  • Registered with KMLTTB and holding a valid practicing license
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Demonstrated leadership, performance management, and team mentorship skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure clinical environments
  • Strong appreciation of laboratory services within overall hospital profitability

Role Summary

  • The Laboratory In-Charge will provide strategic and operational leadership of laboratory services, ensuring quality diagnostics, regulatory compliance, staff performance, and contribution to institutional profitability.

 

Pharmacist in-Charge

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) from a recognized university
  • Registered and licensed by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) Minimum 3 years post-internship experience
  • Strong leadership, people management, and operational skills
  • Ability to function effectively under pressure

Role Summary

  • The Pharmacist In-Charge will oversee pharmaceutical services, medication safety, inventory management, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision.

 

Radiographer in-Charge

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or BSc. in Radiography from a recognized institution
  • Registered and licensed by KNRA
  • Minimum 3 years’ supervisory/managerial experience
  • Proven leadership, performance management, and mentoring capability Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments

Role Summary

  • Responsible for leadership, quality assurance, and operational efficiency of radiology services, ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and optimal use of imaging technology.

 

Medical Officer

Qualifications and Experience

  • MBChB from a recognized university Registered with KMPDC, valid license
  • Minimum 5 years post-internship experience
  • Experience in digital health records and team leadership

Role Summary

  • Provides comprehensive leadership for medical services, ensuring clinical excellence, prioritizing patient safety, enhancing workforce performance, and aligning with the institution’s goals.
