Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records and books of accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Manage payroll, statutory deductions, and taxation.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Support audits and ensure financial compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA-K (Finalist or Certified).
• At least 2 years accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design promotional materials for radio programmes and clients.
• Create posters, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and branding materials.
• Produce basic video motion graphics and digital content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software.
• Strong creativity and portfolio of previous work.
• Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Girwa Radio advertising services.
• Recruit new advertisers and programme sponsors.
• Promote community events and station activities.
• Build relationships with local businesses, NGOs, schools, and community groups.
• Recruit members for Girwa Foundation and Jenga Kesho programmes where applicable.
• Prepare daily and weekly field reports.

Requirements

• Minimum KCSE Certificate; Diploma is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Knowledge of the local market within the Nyanza region.
• Valid motorcycle riding licence is an added advantage.
