Relationship Officer -Loan Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying both prospective and existing clients needs then match them with the solutions we provide to grow the business
  • New client’s acquisition
  • Properly educating the clients on our product terms and conditions
  • Ensuring that loans sizes and terms are geared towards the borrower’s present repayment capability.
  • Analyzing business activities to identify and avoid funding high risk ones.
  • Analyzing seasons with difficulties in loan repayment and taking steps to minimize risk exposure Build a good self and company reputation to grow customer loyalty
  • Always ensuring you have polished first contacts/impressions with clients.
  • Being respectful and diligent when dealing with people
  • Being effective in handling customer complains.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in any business-related course
  • MUST have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role from a microfinance/microcredit Industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully.
  • Knowledge of revolving credit products and financial services regulations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and collection software.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and customer service excellence.

 

Poultry Casual Worker

Responsibilities:

  • Feeding and watering poultry as per farm guidelines.
  • Collecting, cleaning, and packaging eggs for sale and distribution.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting chicken coops, equipment, and work areas.
  • Assisting in sorting, weighing, and packing poultry products.
  • Monitoring poultry health and reporting any signs of disease or distress.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading supplies and deliveries.
  • Performing any other farm duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • KCSE Certificate (Form Four leaver) or equivalent.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a farm environment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
  • Previous experience in poultry farming is an added advantage but not required.
  • Must be punctual, responsible, and hardworking.

 

Marketing Officer

  • On behalf of our client growing poultry farm we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Officer to drive brand awareness, boost sales, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing plan to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Identify and establish relationships with wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, and direct customers.
  • Create and manage social media content, including posts, promotions, and engagement with followers.
  • Organize and attend local farmers’ markets, trade fairs, and community events to showcase products.
  • Work with the production team to align marketing efforts with inventory levels and supply chain capacity.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Develop pricing strategies to remain competitive while ensuring profitability.
  • Manage advertising campaigns, including digital marketing, print ads, and local promotions.
  • Oversee packaging and branding to enhance product appeal.
  • Track marketing KPIs and sales performance, reporting progress and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Agribusiness, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in agribusiness, food industry, or FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently and generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Passion for agriculture and understanding of poultry farming is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, or other marketing tools.

 

Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out opening duties by, heading team briefs and assigning employee their tasks for the day.
  • Supervising and manage staff at the branch level and ensure their performance targets are met.
  • Managing office operations such as rent payments, permits, petty cash and any other payment.
  • Training and coach new staff so that they understand company products and services
  • Overseeing and monitor the performance of staff portfolios.
  • Analyzing the market and advise on risks and how to mitigate them.
  • Assessing local market conditions and identify current and prospective opportunities.
  • Ensuring branch goals and targets are met.
  • Market the branch within the community to attract business.
  • Carry out closing duties by reconciling daily collections, disbursements and ensuring they are captured correctly on the system.
  • Travel across the area for business development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other business- related course.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership specifically from a microfinance/microcredit Industry a MUST.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales team and deliver results.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proactive and good listener.
  • Great English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good performance management skills.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • High Computer skills.
  • Good track records of delivering sales targets.
