Project Accountant

What You’ll Do:

  • Own project budgets, forecasts, WIP reports, and revenue schedules
  • Lead cost tracking, variance analysis, and client billing
  • Ensure financial compliance, reporting, and audit readiness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and present clear, actionable insights

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in project accounting (construction/systems integration ideal)
  • CPA, CMA, or Finance degree
  • ERP/Excel prowess and a keen eye for detail A “costing mindset” and love of cross-team collaboration
  • Experience with fire alarms, CCTV, automation platforms is a plus!

 

Office Manager

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars for individuals or teams.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute memos, invoices, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, and manage basic bookkeeping or expense tracking.
  • Assist other employees and departments with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise with computer software like
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management systems.
  • Good problem-solving abilities when handling day-to-day challenges.
  • Possess a professional demeanor and stellar interpersonal skills

 

Pre-Sales Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for security & automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to tailor proposals to client needs and maximize value.
  • Analyze technical requirements and recommend optimized solutions.
  • Assist in bid preparation, tender submissions, and contract documentation.
  • Stay ahead of industry pricing trends, market rates, and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure flawless project execution.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales estimating (preferably in security/automation industries).
  • Strong knowledge of security systems, automation, and life safety technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and specialized industry software.
  • Ability to design, estimate, and present customized security solutions with confidence.

 

Front Office Officer/ Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet & assist visitors professionally
  • Handle calls, emails & office coordination
  • Manage scheduling & admin tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front office role
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional & customer-friendly demeanor.
