Sales Director

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Director to lead our commercial growth and expand our market presence within the construction chemicals industry. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong industry networks and a proven track record in large-scale project sales.

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary: From KES 200,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
  • Commission: High performance-based commission
  • Equity Incentive: Available for exceptional candidates (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify and secure large-scale construction and government projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and contractors.
  • Leverage existing networks to expand sales channels and market reach.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver high performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the construction chemicals sector.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective negotiation and closing of high-value deals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within the construction chemicals or related industry.
  • Prior experience with reputable companies such as Crown Paints Kenya, Basco Paints, Plascon Kenya, or Saveto Group is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of large-scale project supply operations.
  • Established relationships within government and real estate development sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage sales channels.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ideal Candidate should be:

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Highly networked within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Self-driven with a strong ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • Capable of driving both short-term sales and long-term business growth.

 

Regional Sales Manager

Our client a construction company is seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales performance and expand market presence across assigned regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading regional sales teams, developing market strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Oversee and manage sales operations within the assigned region.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to achieve high performance.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities to drive growth.

Our client a construction firms, is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Project Field Sales Manager to oversee field sales operations and drive project-based sales growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, managing client engagements on-site, and ensuring successful execution of sales strategies in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute field sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions.
