Senior Manager, Youth Banking 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The role focuses on developing and delivering innovative, youth-centered financial products and services that align with market trends and evolving customer needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop innovative Clean Energy & Green lending segment products and services in liaison with Senior Manager Oil & Gas and other stakeholders including technology driven solutions based on quantified customer needs and industry trends.
  • Grow the market share in the Clean Energy & Green lending segment by building and maintaining an effective sales plan in the Clean Energy & Green lending sector that will grow existing and new business based on agreed targets.
  • Develop appropriate plans, project concepts and proposals that will enhance and grow the banks partnerships within the Clean Energy & Green lending segment.
